Well, yesterday I was leaning forward to open the door to the back hall to get to the clothes dryer, and my foot caught on something in the massive piles of laundry sitting on the floor around the washer, so I pitched forward a little and bumped my forehead on the microwave cart. OUCH! It hurt! A lot! I got over it! But, I started thinking , geez I hope it doesn't bruise and look horrible. You know, those woman that go into work all battered and bruised looking and you say, "oH, what happened to you?" And she says, "I tripped and fell, bumped my head/eye/arm/leg/whatever." and you are thinking "YA RIGHT! Tell me another one!" and you walk away thinking, that bastard of her husband! Okay, well, I hoped that wouldn't be me! Because, REALLY! I hit my head on the microwave cart while tripping! HONEST! Okay, but good news.....although it hurts, alot, it is undetectable to the human eye! My husband's reputation is safe! :)

My computer went on a field trip this weekend! On Saturday, my son went to a LAN party. (that is local area network for those who are not as computer savvy as he, like me!). Him and his friend both packed up the computers, lock, stock and barrel and headed off for Keene NH very early Saturday morning. Well, early for him, not for me. (8:00 am, if you're wondering....) There were about 65 others with their computers and they had game tournaments all day long. Hey, whatever floats your boat! My eyes would have felt like they were burning in their sockets, but he seemed to enjoy it! So, I have a traveling computer! It seems to have enjoyed it's little vacation very much!

Got only a small amount of knitting on Inishmaan done. It is exciting seeing the neck shape emerge! I hope to sit 'n knit tonight!
