07.30.2003 :: Tears for a horse
I'm enjoying my time away from work, sprucing up the house a little, actually cooking meals (WOW) but oddly enough, not much knitting is going on. I hope today....
Last night I went to see the Movie Seabiscuit. I have to admit to having little interest in the movie beforehand, but that is what my friend wanted to see, so, "meh". I LOVED IT! Go to see it if you get the chance. Of course, I will be buying the book now. The book is always better than the movie. That means it must be one darned good book! I have to admit to shedding quite a few tears for that horse! That's a new one on me. Crying for a horse. Everyday brings something new.

I haven't seen Seabiscuit yet but I am a huge fan of Tobey Maguire. I loved him in Wonder Boys and Cider House Rules.... *more movies to read*. He chooses such good roles.... actually they chose him for this role.
