This morning was the perfect New England summer morning, in my opinion! A cool breeze blew in the windows; the sun sparkling in the sky; small, white, puffy clouds dotting the blue of the sky! A lawnmower buzzing in the distance, neighbor's kids laughing, birds chirping! But the smell! The smell is fresh! Cut grass mixed with the ocean saltiness! Oh, I'm in heaven this morning! Please, someone remind me of this day in a couple of weeks when I am wilting and complaining long and hard about the humidity!
Yesterday I hinted at a surprise that showed up in my mailbox. Surprise indeed!

The wonderful MaryBeth gifted me with this wonderful bag! Big enough for toting the daily knitting around, but not big enough to qualify me as a bag lady! And as a bonus, very stylish indeed!
But inside. INSIDE was the most delectable thing you ever have seen? Chocolate? No! Even better!

Oh, I have been fondling and dreaming ever since! I feel as if I have won the lottery! What will I make? A scarf? Mittens? Sweater? Okay, I've elimated the sweater. I want a smaller project! Look at the colors! How wonderful!
