I am sick with a headcold today and this is all I want to do. Maybe Fig can go to work for me? And then make some dinner for the family? Possibly even knit some on the sockapalooza sock if he's so inclined?

I know you'll appreciate this "boy do they grow up fast" story. Yesterday, I met my youngest son at the bus stop to take him to the dentist (yes, poor thing had an appointment on a Holiday!). He got off the bus, and I could see he had one long stem rose. I was surprised, I didn't think that high schoolers still brought flowers home for their mommies. Turns out that he's old enough that a girl gave it to HIM!!It wasn't for Mommy after all! And I was surprised at that.........
