05.23.2005 :: Hmmm
I guess Oregano does not like to be a houseplant!
Added: It had plenty of water. Not too much, mind you. Just right. But look at it. Poor thing.
May it rest in peace.

Emeril says that oregano is one of the few herbs that is better dried than fresh, so dont despair.
We have some strawberry plants that are looking about that healthy

I killed my teenage son's very special Cuban Oregano plant. It smelled so good and we used it in cooking quite a bit. I don't have a clue what I did. Just like you.

It's like he tried so hard and just sort of......gave up. RIP my little friend.

I'd chop it up. Put it in a bottle and use it in my food. It's an herb. It's okay if it's dried out.

Water well, and it should perk up. That's what happened to my basil...

Yeah, but be careful. Have you seen "Little Shop of Horrors"? The man-eating plant looked a lot like that just before having babies. Now tell me your sleep is not going to be disturbed tonight! ;-)

My deepest sympathy. I bet it would have been tasty.

"He's dead, Jim."
I would not advise an autopsy.
