Tee hee! I started my first mitten today. I am using elsebeth lavold angora for the cuffs and then mountain colors weaver's wool for the body. Will post on my blog when I get further along. YEAH!

I'd love to join the warm hands thing. I have mittenny things on the needles at the moment and am planning a couple more for the season.

I did request to join the warm hands knit along, but my name seems to have missed the list. Is it too late to join? I am planning to knit the Broad Street Fingerless mittens in knitty. They have a cover for when you want regular mittens.

Just posted a photo of my mitts-in-progress... I was able to subscribe to the WH page through Bloglines, so I will be checking in to see what people are up to.

I also just remembered a fair isle mitten kit that I bought last year and set aside (ahem, moved to the UFO pile). Perhaps it's time to revisit them as part of the WH KAL!

The warm hands knitalong looks like fun and I am joining up. I enjoy making mittens and trying different techniques. Now I am going to make gloves. first time.

A friend said, that you like the sky and clouds and that maybe you´d like to see my cloud fotos. I have also some red clouds to show some day later.

Warm Hands was updated in my bloglines list -- no problem!

I subscribed to the WH blog and it took a couple hours but Bloglines found it for me. Also, I finished my mittens but need new batteries for the camera before I can do a photo. Just a day or two...

Whaddya mean I CLAIM to have started mittens? Sheesh, you don't believe me?
