01.23.2006 :: A Sunday with Knitters!
Honestly, when I started blogging, I never even imagined myself in this kind of setting:
Look at all the knitters!
There were more on the other side of the room:
And more in the kitchen:
Really! Cate is probably drinking water! Honest!
Knitters as far as the eye can see! And although there are a couple that I wish I had spent more time with, I came away satisfied, fullfilled and just all around HAPPY AS A CLAM.
What kind of a saying is that anyway?
So? Shall we have a Claudia's Party in pictures?

Something like that. Lovely to see you, my dear. And I was saving the meatballs for my next trip to the buffet, but that next trip didn't happen until nearly dinnertime! I feel like I missed one of the highlights of the day. Next time.

Hooray, more pictures! I'm glad you took some sock pictures. I really wish we had done a group shot of all the feet in handknitted socks (though it would have been a real logistical challenge.) Next time, maybe?

Yeah, someone actually took pictures! Way to save the day Sandy. I have such poor posture in all two pictures that I have been in, probably why I have a heating pad attached to my back right now.
