06.20.2006 :: Show and tell used to be fun. Let's do a blog version

Clever ideas should be shared. Abigail has started an August Birthday Swap. If your birthday is in August, consider signing up for it! If your birthday is not in August, I'm sure this idea can be adapted very easily for other months, don't you think?
Aren't these the cutest sheepy stitch markers? Katie makes them. You can buy some too. Because can you get enough sheep? Or stitch markers? Pinksheep Etsy shop, all sheep all the time.
And while we are showing and telling, I could show you a picture of the picot edge trekking socks. But it would look like a crappy picture, kind of like this:
And I can't show a picture that looks like that. I have some standards after all. That picture is just not good enough for the blog. But, believe me! There is a picot edge going on. Even though you can't see it.
That's all I have to show today. Now, I'll show you the door. Thanks for stopping by. See you soon!

I had a feeling I'd get to see some lovely pictures of knitting on your blog! I've only just begun and have nearly finished my first item: a scarf done entirely in garter stitch. Are socks tricky? Only yours looks so wonderful. Should I try something a little easier first?

I think I missed the photo of the door ;-)
Lovely stitch markers. Ya should have placed the sock with Harold all lit up to show off that lovely picot edge!

Happy sheepy stitchmarkers are so fun. And yes, I see picot, even if maybe I shouldn't.

I'm loving those sheep. When she makes some that are not pink (you know my feelings on that lol) I'll be getting me some! They are great.
Don't forget, I'll pay you when my Trek socks are done. ok?

I *can* see the picot edging. Or, maybe I can just *sense* the picot edging.

Thanks for the shout out for the sheep! That's a great picture, it looks like they've found a good home. And I have an August birthday--so thanks for the heads up on that swap too!

I see it, I see it! Love the picot edge and ADORE those sheepy markers. Cute as all get out. August birthday swap, eh? Well, damn. My birthday is not in August. Maybe I'll just have to do something about that. Harumph. :)

I've been hooked on Katie's pink sheep (& all other colors) since Feb. - they are just too cute.
Thanks for the Saturday Sky idea - I'll try to post next Sat.
