06.23.2006 :: G is for Great summer meal ( or Sandy is so far behind on the ABC along that people forGot that she was doing it)

Don't you just love summer eating? My favorite summer meal is a salad with a piece of grilled chicken on top and a bit of feta cheese.
Now, I know that this is a stretch for the letter G. You've Got me there. I am helpless with a G. I have nothing. Literally. I have been poring through the dictionary trying to come up with an idea. And really, how sad is that? Reading a dictionary. So, you get a Gigantic stretch of my imagination.

Minus the carrot and it's Greek Salad! I eat a variation of that salad as things ripen in my garden.

You could have stopped at Grill. Grilled chicken, see? Grill. Isn't the summer grill the most wonderful part of summer???? Seriously? Although unless you have a new one, maybe not all that photogenic, so you have a point.
But a Great meal is Good too.
Get back to that dictionary, and turn a few pages, you slacker! I've put myself up to date now. I was lagging behind a bit with that K. Now I have to decided between all the great M's.

Reading a dictionary sad??? Oh, no. Never! I started reading dictionaries (and encyclopedias) in about kindergarten cause the folks didn't keep up with my reading appetite. There are a lot of us who do that.
And now, with that luscious photo firmly planted in my head, I have to have a salad for lunch today! Yum!
