Dear Blog,
I have had a busy day of cooking and sealing the side dishes for tomorrow's Thanksgiving meal. Fingers crossed that it works out okay, that the guests don't get that glazed over look and start saying things like "this is....um..different". That would be a party killer.
Oh, and this is important to note: Never. EVER. Seal a Meal gravy. Ever.
Oh? And gravy, if anyone ever asks you, puddles. It's hard to clean up also. There's still enough for a generously gravied up meal though. Good thing I got carried away!

The big question of the morning -- Two, really: Will I go to the gym this morning? and Will Vincent get brushed and groomed before going to Grandma's?
