Oh, Ok. Now I see the fringe detail. (blushing slightly) Still lovely. Scrolling down to earlier responses and commenting on them in reverse order always gets me in trouble.
Sandy...
I am going to try to cast on for thrums this weekend... any pattern suggestions? i am using a pattern from a kit that I bought (hated the itchy scratchy yarn, so am using cascade 220 instead), but it's full of errors. :(

LOVE the scarf edge detail! oh la la...
What beautiful yarn! I can't wait to see the whole scarf. (I did finish up my white mittens, but since I started them before the kal, I am obligated to buy yarn for more mittens. At least that is whay I told my hubby. :-))
Branching Out is next on my list, I'm thinking. I need it for a Christmas present. The ONLY Christmas present I'm knitting this year. I'm being good to myself!
The Warm Hands page looks great, I noticed right away that you used your mitten! Great job!
Oh, oh, oh, I must have details on that edging. I've been fiddling with things for the Harlot Homespun scarf, which desperately NEEDS SOMETHING, and haven't found "it" yet. Now I think I might have! You're a genius.
I thought that yarn was pretty. I also thought the new Warm Hands page was very nice, but I wasn't listed. :( The sky here is a crystal clear blue. Fall has arrived in AL. It went from 80 degrees on Friday to 60 on Sat.
