Your eggs look lovely! Did you know that you can boil the eggs, peel them and THEN dye them?? I did it last year for Easter dinner because I wanted to color eggs and my teenagers did not. My mom also said that I was responsible for develed eggs for dinner - sooooo I tried it. If you use food coloring to color, it works out and doesn't affect the taste at all! Enjoy! jb

hmmmm.......does anyone but me notice a conflict of interest.... making deviled eggs out of Easter eggs?? Nay, didn't think so. :)

Must admit to peeling about 3 dozen of them yesterday at the inlaw's house but they were not near as beautiful as your eggs Sandy. (And the shells did not turn loose as nicely either!)
